Karen’s Job Services was incredibly proud to be nominated in the Outstanding Professional Services category in the 2025 Central Coast Local Business Awards.

This recognition meant a great deal, as the business was built on supporting job seekers across Australia, particularly mums returning to work, people navigating career changes, and those trying to break through in a competitive job market. Every resume, cover letter, and piece of guidance has been focused on helping people feel more confident and capable in their job search.

At the time of nomination, support was welcomed through public voting. The response from clients, supporters, and the wider community was deeply appreciated and reflected the importance of accessible, personalised job search support.

This recognition helped shine a light on the value of small businesses that provide practical, one on one assistance in a space that can often feel overwhelming.
