Celebrating a Win at Women in Business Connect

Winning an award is always special, but when it reflects the heart of your business and the impact you are making, it feels truly unforgettable. Recently, I was honoured to be named the winner of the Women in Business Connect Central Coast Social Media Impact Award. On top of that, I was also recognised as a finalist in the Rising Star Award category.

This achievement means so much to me because social media has been one of the key ways I connect with and support my community. Through Karen’s Job Services, I’ve always aimed to use my platforms not just to promote, but to empower, inspire, and share genuine support. Being acknowledged for that impact shows that the effort and authenticity really do resonate with people.
